Saw Dr Shepherd in regards to continued knee problems. He was very helpful with taking the steps to get it fixed so I can return to normal daily routine.

Doctor was very polite. He listened to my issues I have with my right hip problem. Doctor gave me options on how to solve my right hip problem.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Childs. It went well, but I would like to recognize an employee by the name of Saterika. She went above and beyond by calling me yesterday to get all of my information beforehand so that once I was called to the back wait time would be minimal and IT WAS. I went right in, didnt have to wait a long time for x-rays and did not have to tell my long drawn-out story of how I fractured my foot and sprained my ankle because Dr. Childs and his team were able to review everything before my arrival. This is defiantly something that if executed would help as this was the smoothest appointment I have ever had. Thank you again so much Saterika you are truly a superstar and very appreciated.
