Dr. Fanning is a fellowship-trained and board certified surgeon specializing in foot and ankle disorders. He was born and raised in Wichita, KS, and obtained his medical degree from the University Of Kansas School Of Medicine – Kansas City, KS. He did an internship in internal medicine at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, MO, and went on to do his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Kansas School of Medicine – Wichita, KS. He finished up by doing his fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at Baylor University Medical Center – Dallas, TX.
Dr. Fanning joined the AOA practice in April 2000 and before that worked for a private practice in Overland Park, KS.
Dr. Fanning enjoys bird hunting and scuba diving with his wife and sons.
