Originally hailing from Atherton, CA, he pursued his medical education at Midwestern University, where he earned his osteopathic medical degree. His dedication to orthopedics led him to complete a rigorous 5-year orthopedic surgery residency at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Following his residency, Dr. Ashby sought additional expertise through fellowship training at The CORE Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. This specialized training further honed his skills in adult reconstruction, particularly in the areas of traumatic, inflammatory, and degenerative joint diseases affecting the hip and knee.
