Dr. Lais is a fellowship-trained and board certified orthopaedic traumatologist. Orthopedic trauma physicians specialize in complex injuries to bones, joints and soft tissues (like muscles, tendons and ligaments) throughout the entire body.
A native Kansan, Dr. Lais joins AOA from the Baylor Health System in Dallas Texas. He obtained his medical degree and completed residency at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School followed by fellowship at The University of Maryland- R.A. Crowley Shock Trauma Center. He enjoys hunting and spending time with his teenage children.
